Watching the selection show now. They are announcing seeds and then the field.

We are the 7th seed. Same bracket as NDSU.

furman has a chance to redeem their losses from this year, sans Samford.

Oh well, bring it on!

We got a terrible bracket. We will probably have to play Furman (a rematch) and then go to Fargo if we happen to survive that. This crap sucks. And Elon/Furman in itself is a rematch. Screw this bracket. Screw this playoff committee. What about avoiding rematches? I was hoping to go to Jax State oin the second round after we played someone like Kennesaw State/Elon. I doubt they talk to Mike Ayers because we aren’t ranked high enough but if they do I hope he displays disappointment with this.

The committee isn't concerned about rematches, besides conference teams playing again in the first round. Although it is funny to see how much they focus on regionalization now considering where they've sent us before.

The bracket is the bracket but either way I think we can expect a great atmosphere at Gibbs. Planning our trip up now! Bring on whoever!

Agreed, Bubba. NOW they worry about travel...
I HOPE we have a great atmosphere at Gibbs, but am skeptical whether the faithful will show and the others care. We haven't had much success selling playoff tickets to our own. Would love to see the Wofford fans get fired up and make it a big deal. We need all the help we can muster.

7 seed baby! Guaranteed home game! Gotta beat NDSU at some point if you want the crown anyway. Only one team finishes with no more loses than they have now!

If you guys can't get hyped up for a chance to whoop Furman butt in the playoffs, you best check your pulse!

What's the only thing better than beating Furman?

Beating them twice.

It's the playoffs, anything can happen. It's going to be a hard road regardless. I'm just glad that in the bracket we're in, if we're fortunate enough to beat NDSU the following game wouldn't be too far away either. I don't like back-to-back plane trips

For the record, we have beat Furman twice in the same year before, in the late 60's I think it was.

It's the playoffs. We play whoever is in front of us. Let's go!

We have a great draw. 2 teams we know very well so we can prepare and heal up as we watch them battle each other. Then a shot at the most beatable version of NDSU over the last decade. And no weather issues for that one being in a dome. I love our draw. Who cares about Furman being in our bracket. We match up great with them and will run them out of the playoffs if they survive Elon in the first round.......and we get some well deserved rest this week after playing 8 straight with no BYE....
