The truth is schools like Chatty do and can easily get FBS transfers and get back up to speed quickly.
Of course, there are downsides to relying on transfers year in and year out.

+1 Ruckster......Also Chatty has a really good young coach. The guy (can't remember his name) came from Div.III John Carroll College in Cleveland, Ohio with something like a 40-8 record in 4 years. He knows X's and O's! I look for him to get that ship on the right heading PDQ, regardless of transfers.

Big difference with Chatt is they can infuse talent from the FBS pool each year. That infusion of talent can pay off in a big way from year to year. Whereas Wofford is more about the building and development of talent. 2 ways to skin a cat......both can work.
