DL Corey Prince from Fla.
FB/LB Nate Walker from Cross High
OL Quashon Greenlee from TL Hanna in Anderson
OL Nick Russo from Montvale High in NJ
OL Al Hogan from Ga.
LB Kalen Allen from Mallard Creek in NC
CB Mari Wingard from Ardrey Kell High in NC
SS Randy Fuller from Fla

These are all verbal commitments so nothing definite until they sign a LOI in February.

Thanks Ruckus yes nothing definite since these are verbals. But so far this is a very good if not great class. Much like the classes that we have been getting over the past few years.

Tough to pick a favorite but I will go with Fuller

Early signing starts December 20. I don't know how many players will commit that early, and if most will wait for better offers before February.

There can be no better offer.

Based on what little we know about these commits, I really like them all. Walker, Greenlee, Hogan, Allen, and Fuller especially caught my eye.

I got nothing yet on the big guy.
But we have offered RB/WR Milan Howard from Charlotte Catholic. 5’11” 180. Has 5 other offers.

Howard gives you that Saquon Barkley look... Runner and catcher for big plays... Charlotte is 1-7 and only beat UAB who has been without football for 3 years... Like this playmaker!

I think I have found the big guy commit from last week:
OL/DL Elijah Ball from Darlington School in Rome Ga. Brad butler’s high school. His coach’s daughter is F basketball player at WoCo.
6’3” 295. Has offers from service academies and several FCS programs. Big strong fast cat.

Thanks Ruck... Question, how do kids stay for 5th years with no grad school? What’s the process?

Simply choose to delay their graduation and take a few courses so they can remain eligible for their 5th year (assuming they have enough credits to graduate in the normal 4 years (almost all do at WoCo)).

I liked Elijah Ball when I first read about him. Like Ruckus said big and fast. 4.9 in the 40 and very close to 300 lbs. Wow !! Watching his highlights he is a beast. Reminds me of Austin Lufkin, not just his size but his quickness, agility and speed. Only thing I am wondering - where will he play ? His highlights show him on O and D and he is equally as good on O as on D. I just wish we had more like him so we could put one on O and the other on D.

Thanks Ruck... Seems like a good scenario, since the rigors of Woffy academics are a bit more tedious than most.

According to 247 Sports we have offered Jacquez Carter a duel threat QB from Palmetto Ridge in Naples Fl. 40 4.51 (247 but Hudl says 4.62) and very quick. looks a lot like Newman. I like his highlights a lot. IMHO his highlights make him look faster than 4.62 and more like 4.51. https://www.hudl.com/profile/4795677/jacquez-carter

He looks like Newman but maybe not as fast but with a more accurate arm
