19, your son made some GREAT plays in that game. If I were you I would send that to anyone and everyone! The two catches were fantastic, and the called back TD was a great run. That second catch shown-the one on third down-was a classic catch and roll showing the ref the ball WAS caught. I hope to see many more this season.

19 I agree with boulder. that second catch was very well done - you might say incredible. And the first one was great too but I like the second one better. RJ is having a great season so far. If he were my son I would be about to burst I would be so proud !!

With his work ethic, athletic ability, and hands, I am thinking there might be a shot at the League in his future. Just saying.

Catches like that remind me of Andy Strickland.

RJ may be a step faster though.

Also that one third down throw to Macafee(?) was a catch, not incomplete. Kind of changed the make up of the game IMO

Thanks guys. It’s been an amazing journey so far. I’m just so happy for him. If you guys only knew how many conversations we have had late nights of frustration and discussion. And how hard he has worked. He is someone that truly deserves what comes his way. And I’m not saying that only because he is mine. I’m saying he has sacrificed a lot, and has had many a night doubting himself or doubting the situation. But to his credit, he never wavered or let it effect his play or effort.

I have a feeling this season will be something special for him and the team and he will get to really put a stamp on his collegiate career with a SoCon Ring, and hopefully a national title shot. And along the way he will get his fair share of opportunities to make plays for Wofford nation.

Wofford means the world to us as a family and we are excited at the possibilities.

19, I will have to say that RJ's abilities to make such plays in games will only breed the confidence of the OC, thus leading to (hopefully) more opportunities, thus a more open offense, etc. Kinda the success breeding success, and #19 is right in the middle of it.

I'm pretty sure he didn't need that holding by the OL to break that one for 6

I love what Newman adds to the offense and he’s going to be a major factor for us this year and will he his ship to run going forward. His apprenticeship is valuable time. Continue to grow in the offense, Grow in command of the huddle, and maximize every opportunity as your time will be here this season in different situations, and will be yours going forward. Great player and we are blessed to have him on the roster

It's a reasonable expectation that we will demolish PC so I think we'll see Newman and the backups play a lot saturday night

If we can't wallop PC we have big big problems. My attitude is inconsequential to that outcome. I choose to believe we don't have big big problems. If we do play close, it's not because of our attitude.
