Another prospect camp set for Friday... Any news on if some of these offered 18s will be there? Or others we like?

We have offered WR Sam Wiglusz from Brecksville Ohio. Pretty impressive hands and ball skills. Not sure if his size.

Take one off our board: OL Wyatt Campbell from Lugoff has committed to USC. Had a ton (20+) of D1 offers. Brother of incoming freshman Elliott Campbell.

A little update on RB offer Mateo Durant from McCormick SC. We made his top 5 list with Duke, VaTech, Wake Forest and Ga Tech. Pretty stout company. Kid would really help us.

We have significant interest in RB/LB Kamron Liggett from Marshall County High (Lewisburg Tn). No clue as to height/weight but this kid is strong and fast. Could play on either side of the ball for us.

Went to Marshall County' Football web page and Liggett is listed at 5'10 191. Looks strong and explosive. I believe he's from the same county in Tennessee that 17 signee Slayton Wild is from. I like the looks of Liggett. Would be great acquisition for us in my opinion.

Agree. Kamron Liggett looks like outstanding RB prospect for us. Mateo Durant, a great student, would also be a terrific short haired dog rb.

Just hoping that #19 will get some balls thrown to him this year!!! Pretty please, with sugar on top, lets throw the ball occasionally this year.

Wishful thinking WTF! IMO, the WOF coaching staff only use passes ( especially to WR's) as a game diversion, not as an offensive plan to gain yardage. There are some very good WR's on the roster ( along with some very speedy RB's ) capable of being an offensive factor at WOF, but alas, they're regulated to blocking only. What a loss!!! Having said all that, there have been times when WOF has made some crucial passes to get them on track and get the running game going......and what a running game they have! I too wish for more "fun and gun", wide open play, but I'll take a win no matter what.

I'll take wins as well but have always thought Wofford's offense was best back in the Andy Strickland, B. Bersin days when we threw the ball downfield successfully on occasion. Defenses had to respect our ability to throw it over the top. Seems like that has been missing these past few seasons.

While I don't necessarily disagree, it is important to note those were the years with Dane, Kevious and EB in our backfield. Also we had more dominant OLs during those years as well.
No coincidence there.
