They have defended us overall today better than anyone else we've seen.

What an incredible season, team and coaching job. No one in his right mind would have expected this team would be as good as it has been. Lots of "what ifs," but what a season. Congrats to the seniors, and I can't wait for next year!

At the end of the day, they were just well prepared for us. They stopped us when it really mattered and we did not have an answer on offense. I can't really say we should have won...YSU earned it. They are just a bit better team than we are. We play 10 games, they probably win 6 or 7.

Can't say enough about this team and coaching staff- this was never expected by most of us at the beginning of the year.

It would have been impossible to write this story of adversity, perseverence and resilience, but it's been absolutely
great to watch.

Now that is all very true...doesn't stop me from being disappointed we lost though.

I have been told by others (wouldn't know, since I listen to Mark, Thom and Van) that the announcers on TV were terrible. Too bad, as we had a hell of story to be told. We stood toe to toe with YSU, one of the icons in FCS, and never blinked. We had our chances to win, and they had other chances to win. It was a hell of a football game, and like a friend of mine tweeted, it should have been on ESPN.
