Will be there with a group of 4. Going to the Wofford Alumni function and looking forward to seeing others. Also planning to go down to Wofford Saturday for both the basketball and football games. Our kids are struggling a little right now and need the fans to show for support. One year ago today our Wofford community rallied to fill the BenJo for a 7AM game and show the sports world we are for real. Time to rally back. For me, to be on television at the Dean Dome against the #1 ranked team in the country is a big deal. For our kids to have a chance to compete on that level is really special.

Another layup line game defensively. This could get ugly if we don't shoot lights out. Might need to double down in the post to force kick.

I don't feel that badly about tonight. We didn't shoot well, but we played a helluva game against them for 30 minutes, before their trees wore us down. We won't see size like that often. I'd like to think we made many people nervous for a long time tonight. Score definitely doesn't reflect the way we played tonight

Southern Conference is going to have trouble with this team. So much depth.

McGee is going to be a good one. He made some freshman mistakes but still had double digits. Too many turnovers but UNC makes it tough. We're going to be good again this year when it's all said and done.

Good game; impressed with the Terriers' efforts.
Kept waiting for us to hit key shots as UNC started to pull away. The Heels have waves of talent. We'll look back on this one and explain how it helped us prep for the season.

Back from the game, and everyone in our section was really impressed with our team.

Mistakes at key times hurt us, a couple bad threes leading to transition when we were getting close with about 9 to play.

Very good effort defensively as I believe we went man to man all night and really matched their intensity.

Gordon has gotten much better and confident- really nice post moves against some great defenders.

It's going to be fun watch us get better. It's early, but there is a lot of promise here.

Back home. Great Wofford gathering before the game and lots of Wofford folks in the crowd. My feeling is that both teams really benefitted from this game. UNC played a team that kept the score down and worked for outside shots; and we got to play a VERY tall team that can go right over us. Thoughts on the game: First- Our two freshmen are very good and will be great contributors all season. We know McGee can shoot, but he plays a pretty good floor game too. Pegram has very good footwork for his size and age. He will also be quite a player. Eric- can you ever go the basket without falling? Enjoyed meeting the parents of Justin Gordon at the Wofford function. He played a solid game and was not lost in the trees. Spencer is the real deal and quite a leader. Observation: I was impressed that our player went over to shake hands with both the referee and Coach Williams after their introduction; and that Coach Williams himself shook every hand rather than having an assistant do it. Classy on both sides.
It was a good night for Wofford basketball and a good night for Wofford College.

+1. We have a good team. I was impressed with our effort and poise. Roy Williams and co. were a pretty classy bunch as are our guys.

I thought some of the refs' calls and no-calls were a bit one sided against us; would not have changed the outcome, but would have changed the score a bit. We shot five free throws, they shot 19. http://woffordterriers.com/news/2015/11 ... 50932.aspx

Cameron Jackson would have helped us. He is scheduled to begin practicing again soon; has had MCL issue.
