This schedule is phenomenal! As many of you have already said, the home slate against two NAIA teams is tough and I would prefer 1 max per year. That said, I think my'all are correct in that it is getting difficult for us to schedule home games against top-level D1 teams. What I'm most excited about though is the reasonableness of our schedule- the games against the Ivy league teams should be competitive. The D1 teams that we scheduled are, for the most part, winnable games. Compared to playing tourney-quality teams like Duke, West Virginia & Stanford like last year, we're playing teams like GT, Mizzou, & Clemson that we should do well against. Plus, we're definitely spreading the Wofford brand around the country with games in NYC, Boston, Nashville, Atlanta & the Research Triangle, which should help with recruiting as well. It's a great day to be a Terrier!
