"Our team really hasn't went over them yet," said star forward Bobby Portis, the Southeastern Conference player of the year.

Two 14 seeds have won today, and another come close.

Hopefully the trend continues tonight.

Before, I figured some of the above was written by a media person trying to instigate something with the old "We don't get no respect" line but when Bobby Portis is flat out saying they haven't prepared for Wofford, that's just begging for an upset to happen...

Maybe. Or, some coaches/teams are more concerned about what they do than what the other team does. Focus on perfecting your game vs. reacting to an opponent. I choose to look at it that way rather than to believe they think that they are going to walk in unprepared and not having focused on the game tonight.

Our guys have to be ready to weather the storm early. Arkansas will come with all they have, trying to knock the life out of us. If we can weather the early storm it will be a contest. Lots of karma with Wofford returning to the same hotel and same arena as the first trip to the tournament. What a great memory for these guys who have sacrificed so much for each other.

So close... Still, so proud of our guys, our coaching staff, and all the people behind the scenes that make the program work. Regardless of what happens in the future, Coach Young can now say he's created a program here at Wofford that can compete with the big boys and I'll always be thankful to him for that.

Indeed. Good stuff. We will be back!
