But if we are waiting around to be fully funded, we may as well shut the program down now because it will never happen (barring some miracle). More importantly, advocating that we will never be competitive or successful until we are fully funded sounds like a cop out to me. I am not sure how that was intended so I am not assigning any motives but IMO that sounds like an excuse for the other underperforming elements of our program. Granted we are in a difficult spot as things exist now, but I for one think we can be very competitive with just a few more schollies. Other than administrative priorities, there is absolutely no reason why Wofford should not be a great baseball school and program.
