Congratulations to Katon-it is impressive to see a young man excell on the field and in the classroom. Will we see Mr. B on Sundays in the near future?

I applaud Katon Bethay on these achievments all the way around. I really hope he gets a shot at the next level if he desires it. At the very least some team should give him a free agent look even if they pigeon hole him as a "small school" player.

It sure would be nice to see him fall into a good spot like Ryan Fitzpatrick from Harvard did last year.

I think he will get a tryout but I don't see him sticking. He could play in the AFL or CFL easily though I think. Good luck to him!

what I get from his selection is that he is gifted and has a future in many different areas. He could perhaps be seen on Sunday, but he is not like so many athletes that stake their future only on that.

I dont think there is a young man who dons the uniform of a college who does not have dreams of the NFL. After years in the college trenches it is more than expected that he would think about pursuing something other than football, however, it is hard and tough and painful. And the smart guys have a jillion options.
Does anyone have any info regarding the NFL's interest in our Wofford stand out? They would be missing the real thing not to take such a fine player as well as student. Small school or not, there is no finer player than the one that is smart enough to have options. GO TERRIERS-
