I'm glad to see a restaurant owner take the step to ban smoking without a government mandate. Shows true leadership.

I support the change, without question.

My best Ike's story has to be from several years ago before a Furman game where me and my crew were eating at a table near the door and the entire place was filled with Terrier faithful when a family of Furman fans walked in all decked out in purple. It was busy enough that the staff was helping people find seats and the first thing they were told was "We'll seat you, but you've got to sit outside" and then after a short pause, "Go Terriers!". Classic...

As a recent initiate to the Ike's habit (based in large part on praise from members of this board), I concur that this will be better for everyone, and should help business (although when I have been there, it is always busy).
