That's the recurring question. Maybe the big teams overlook us. Maybe our adrenalin is charged when we face a UGA, NC State, etc.

Found on The UFFP a couple of weeks ago- it's at least one theory that seems to hold a couple of drops of water:

Now regarding Wofford - their typical lineup favors speed and shooting. That is good for surprising bigtime OOC teams that don't take them seriously but not so good in conference where the other teams are better prepared. Also Wofford rarely seems to have the depth to overcome some of the key injuries they have had. And their shooters are guys who usually need open space and don't shoot as well against a defense set for them.
