Sounds like a reasonable prediction, given the last 4 games.

I'll be there to watch- I just hope it's no worse than his call.

Wofford only down 9 at the half. Closer than I thought it would be.

Gibson and Nixon out injured so both point guards in street clothes. Also, Nichols injured near the start and might return.

Marshall icing his knee on the sidelines late in the game.

Just got back from the game- I can't complain with the effort tonight. Clemson, for an entire game, is just that much better than we are.

We came back from an 11-2 deficit to tie the game at 28, and as stated above, were down 9 at the half. Salters kept us in the first half with his 3-pointers.

Second half, we wore down. I thought we were still in it until 13:12 left, when Clemson grabbed 4 offensive rebounds on one possession and scored. I think we're right in there with a lot of folks this year against Clemson, but the ACC will be a different animal for them, I think.

67 Furman 58
79 App. State 49
74 Chas. Sou. 50
90 Minnesota 68
74 Sou. Car. 53
90 Wofford 66

I was at the game too. Salters will be something special; he can stroke it. Nobody plays harder than Eric Marshall. O'Connor seems very athletic and skilled but doesn't seem to play with any passion and is not very physical . We have no inside game at all and we are very avg (at best) defensively. If we had Gibson, Nixon, and Nichols, we might have played a little better but in the end we got tired and they just pounded it inside to Booker (Fr.!) who is already a beast. I am not sure the up tempo game is our best chance to win. It would seem to me that if we slowed it down a peg and played a little more zone D (a la Temple) we might be able to keep things closer. I will say Young was a little fired up at times on the bench. He seems very frustrated to me. But same old story and same Wofford team. Seemingly good talent, a few key injuries, and just can't get over the hump. SoCon here we come. Yee-Ha!

I think I heard he might be back for the Elon game.
