Does anyone know anything about Trevor’s progress? Will he be back by the next SoCon game at WCU on December 29? Or will it be January? Any ideas at all?

Truthfully it might be best if he red shirted. However, didn't he already miss one year?

Back surgery for a second time I was told. It wasn’t said if he would be back this season and the conversation about his injury didn’t have a positive vibe about it.

Too bad, Trevor adds a lot to our team.

He has already redshirted so is now a RSJr; can play his senior year next year. If injury is debilitating and would prevent that, he probably has enough hours to graduate this year.

Any update on how he is doing? When he might return?

Also, Stumpe could be a huge factor next season. I hope he will be in good shape to come back and play. If not, I wonder if he will go ahead and graduate.

I'm a big fan of his -- hoping to see him make a contribution this season and be a key next year.

I heard he was planning to play next season but not sure if that is just hearsay. Can you imagine the depth of the team if he was playing healthy now??? WOW!!!

I'm going down to Charleston game this weekend. Anyone else going? Thought it would be a good excuse to go to Chucktown for the weekend.

Trevor dressed out the last couple of games, but did not play. I was assuming he was ready but not in the rotation which has worked so well this year.

I don’t think he is quite 100% yet and is still limited in practice.

I did not notice he had dressed the last couple. He has been in street clothes all season. That is a good indication he is close! Fingers crossed!

Has Stumpe already used his redshirt season? Unless he is on a path that is not compatible with a fifth year it would seem that at this point it would be better to hold off, make sure he's ready to come back strong, and save a year since our rotation will be in a state of flux next year. As has been discussed, adding back a player of Stumpe's caliber will deduct available minutes from others who have stepped up. I don't want to tell anyone they can't play, but at the same time I don't want to tinker too much with the obvious chemistry the team has right now. It's a tough question and I do not envy the coaching staff having to make it.

I am pretty sure that he redshirted already, two seasons ago.
