We are hot on the trail of a big player or two.

Check out Isaiah Crozart from Ky. 6’7” post player with 7’2” wingspan. Big strong, physical. 3 blocks away from all time Ky record. Is looking at us, UNCW, W&M, Belmont with a number of offers from others.
Also, Julien Wooden from Roanoke and Northside High. 6’6” athletic small forward. Has a ton of offers too including Belmont, Richmond, EKU, WKU, and others.
I talked to staff yesterday at VMI game. They are sky high after last week with Cattoor committing and cancelling his Elon visit. Either one of these post guys would put a cherry on top of what may be best recruiting class we have ever had (IMO).

I like Cozart's defensive presence in the middle, which would be a perfect fit for us. Also like Malachi Rhodes, now from Karl Cochran's high school.. big body, upside - work in progress, room to get better, not the quickest; until this upcoming year his high school competition has not been the stiffest.

Signed Catoor and Ervin. https://woffordterriers.com/news/2018/1 ... gnees.aspx

We probably have our eye out for a strong inside player.

Have offered PJ Hall, 6-8 PF from Dorman, who has offers from Tenn, Pitt, and SC, among others. Would be a great fit for the Terriers. We have also offered from Dorman Myles Tate, an outstanding PG who is a current junior. What a tandem they would be for us.

These guys are both juniors. PJ is the son of former Terrier Jerome Hall, who I went to Wofford with. He was class of ‘93. Nice guy. Great family. Lots of athleticism in the family. PJ’s sister Thayer was the best prep volleyball player in the nation a year ago and she is now a Florida Gator. PJ would be a force inside for us, and he can also shoot it from outside, but he might be hard to get despite his Wofford ties as lots of major schools are looking at him.

Myles is a scoring machine. He can shoot it from anywhere. But he too has many major conference suitors. These two guys have lead Dorman to one 5A state title already and may well lead them to two more. They are the real deal and it would be awesome to see them in Terrier black and gold...but I just don’t know how likely that is. It would be great to just get one of them.
