Open vs. Mercer, March 3, 2:30, espn3. We are good enough so that if we shoot it well, rebound, and play good D we have a better than even chance to beat any team here and win this thing. We will be rested. Let’s do this!

Extremely tough to beat any team 3x in a season.
Sunday was a case of would of/could of...time for team to take it to another gear. Can see us winning the So Con title; but, it will take 3 UNC-type efforts. #hopeful!

I'm hoping that Wofford is having a good week of practice.

Would be great if Derrick Brooks can play serious minutes on Saturday. Got to have Magee feeling good. Jackson has to be dialed in. Need some find some toughness (Brooks, but maybe some others....). Would be great for Jackson to get some help in the paint offensively from Aluma or Pegram. Anyway, if Wofford plays its best, the team can be successful in the SoCon tourney.

Obviously one of the toughest brackets in my opinion, with surging UNC-G and Mercer teams before you even get to Monday. Still I believe we are capable of beating both teams.

If we win it, it will definitely be through the toughest path possible in recent memory without an extra day of games.

I think it's safe to say that the socon is tougher than it's ever been.

This is only the third or fourth time we've won 20 games in a regular season and I'd say our odds of winning the tournament are worse than any of the times we won it (and a couple of those teams were just as good, or a step below in terms of record)

Wins over Carolina and Georgia tech sealed the 20 win season.

If we play good D and rebound, the good passing and scoring will follow.

Sagarin has Furman, UNCG, and ETSU at 104, 105 and 107, and us 175, which is a big surprise.

most amazing about that win is that Fletcher only had 9 points. Hoover had a huge game beyond the arc, Cam had a double double, and our defense forced turnovers in the first half and Mercer couldn't recover.

Regardless of the outcome of the tournament, next year looks good for us. If we can improve going into next year as much as we did last year to this year, we should compete for the regular season title.
