OK, forget ETSU. It’s over. With WCU coming in Monday, we are probably facing the prospect of playing without Cam Jackson yet again. WCU got murdered today at Furman and will be looking to regroup...and we are not at full strength and the guys may have tired legs from so many recent games. I do not know what to expect from the team Monday...I really hope I’m wrong about Cam being out again. But that being said, we still can’t make excuses for this one no matter what because WCU is not ETSU...not by a longshot. So we just need to find a way to get it done...it doesn’t have to be pretty. Have one more point than them when the final buzzer sounds, that’s all I ask. We lose a second straight at home and we’re in danger of really fading since we have so many road games coming up in February.

The benefit of Cam's absence is Pegram is getting some much needed minutes and development.

But we still need Cam for his leadership and the depth.

I think we should fully expect Cam to be out for this game as well. Hopefully he will be back by Thursday. I think Pegram and Aluma can hold down the fort against WCU. Important that we get production out of Stump and Murphy and hopefully Fletch will be Fletch. I just don't see us losing two in a row at home. We just need to secure a bye and then peak that first weekend in March!!

To put things in perspective, in the last 10 years Western Carolina, Furman, the Citadel, Samford, UNCG, Mercer and VMI have beaten us a combined 4 times at home (4-41).

3 of those games were in OT. The one that wasn't was decided by 2 points. ETSU's win Saturday was pretty special in the sense that the only current Socon team to handle us like that at home has been Chattanooga (5 of the 10 conference losses we have in the last decade was to them).

Western, Furman, Mercer, VMI, UNCG and Samford haven't beaten us at home in like 5 years.

The preponderance of these trends plus the fact that I think we're easily a better team than the last two years (though I honestly couldn't tell you why) makes me feel optimistic about the remaining games at home. We could lose one of these games, sure, but I like our chances just given the raw trends and where we are as a team right now.

Now, if we lose tonight with Cam's absence, or hit a sporadic and or negative trend, I think that speaks to how important Cam is for our success.

Terriers down 34-33 at the half. We have 9 offensive rebounds but have not converted them into points. Not shooting well at all and Fletcher is 1-7. Cam warmed up apparently but will not play tonight. Need to get our act together.

You have to search for the Stadium Tv channel on Roku and then add it. If you have a Roku device for streaming on your TV

We can both be happy Fletcher is heating up! 4 threes tonight, 301 for his career. That's 2nd all time, 11 behind Cochran

Stadium tv quit on me. Worked out, since I just listened to Mark and Tom, who always do a great job and really have a good time.

Coach Young was not a happy camper post game. Our D was lame tonight, and he knows it.

We’ve got a LOT of road games ahead! Six of our final nine in fact are away from Spartanburg. That’s a tough draw. Mike Young knows that if we continue to play as we did tonight, it doesn’t take a fortune teller to see there will be quite a few losses in our future. Getting Cam back should help a lot...though no one knows when that might be.
