I think one reason you don't see anybody on 2nd or 3rd team is that there are a lot of good players in the league this year and it's fair to recognize players from teams that didn't have the overall team success that we enjoyed. Hopefully, it just serves as ammunition for Nate, Storm or Keve to keep working and maybe show up next year with a chip on their shoulders. In regards to next year's team, I actually think the sky is the limit. I would expect to see a lot out of Chevy, Jones and Bigelow next year and both commits this year both can fill it up. We will again have a very deep bench and I would say we will be very capable next year.

Fletcher Magee is like 95 points away from setting the school record for career points

We should be very good; talent and depth are there. For next year we need to cherry pick and recruit a really good inside player with our remaining scholly; we have a lot to offer.

Interesting articles, both. The frist is by Brain Mull, who lives in Wilmington and writes about the UNCW Seahawks but does lots of freelance about the CAA, SoCon and Big South. He used to caddy for me in the old days, but he is doing a great job writing about golf and basketball now. The one from the Greenville News is very well done and spells out how much it would mean for the conference to get two bids. I will go farther and say how big it would be for the conference to get two bids and get to play in 4 games! Suddenly the payout to the conference would really mean something, and the parity with the A10 and CAA would be striking.

What a well deserved honor. Coach Mike Young has given so much to Wofford and the many players who have come through. He is also an amazingly kind and caring person.
