Though there is a little snow on the ground, looks like game on! Come on over to the Greensboro Coliseum, should be a hard-fought affair.

We are up by eight, 32-24 at the half. A workmanlike, lunchpail performance. We are playing some excellent defense. Gordan and Neumann playing well inside. Jaylen Allen provided a nice lift off the bench with 8 points. We are not shooting it all that well, our legs have got to be a bit tired and heavy with this being our fifth game in the span of ten days.

Couldn't get the video so listening on the radio. Yep, not shooting very well, but still have a lead at the half. This game could really help the team build some confidence, what with playing some really good games back to back.......go get 'em in the second half Terriers!

Had my whole family ready to go over to the game in Greensboro when heavy rain started around 5 with the temp about 26. Scared everyone off, so we are watching and listening. As usual the place is empty. UNCG has sold out to guard on the perimeter. Hope our inside guys can do lots of scoring in the second half. The ally oop showed them how to handle the zone!

This trend of us coming out poor to start second halves the past few games needs to go away.

I agree. We have played a LOT recently.

Okay, big gut check time. We still have a great chance to pull this one out.

That second half was pitiful. Don't know who was wearing our uniforms, but it wasn't the team we are used to. I feared this game. We don't match up with them well, and coming after 5 games in a short period it was set up as a trap. Need to regroup and find a way to win these last three.

We lost by four, 65-61. I think all those games in the past couple of weeks may have finally taken their toll and caught up with us. We also made a few little mistakes in the game that ended up being huge in the end. But you really have to give UNCG credit for some good defense on us too. It was a well deserved hard earned victory for UNCG. Road games are just tough to win in this conference no matter where they are. We need to go home, get some rest and regroup. We owe Furman one on Saturday after the last second heartbreaking loss and shenanigans at Timmons earlier this year. Let's send our terrific seniors out in style for their last home game! Purple makes me puke!

Let 1 get away. UGH!
UNC-G came out inspired in the 2nd half; we played nonchalant. Coach Young summarized our game during post-game as, "playing soft. Said the Spartans played harder than we did; some of our shot selection did not result in a good situation."
Maybe the grind of 6 games in 12 days took its toll. Have 5 days to re-energize and prepare to pound the Furples. We owe them...
Will be channeling much appreciation for the seniors Saturday night at the BenJo. Hope Terrier nation has the place jumping.

I agree we were tired. Too many open shots did not go down, esp. in first half; shot about 37 % for game. UNCG D in second half was good (we scored 6 in first ten minutes), and we let them penetrate too much on D. We need a rest and should do better.

That tough fast paced Citadel game on Saturday might have really drained us. Oh well. Put this one in the rear view mirror, rest up, and beat the Purple Pukes.
