I am not expecting this to be a great match-up, but I know are players (and fans) will show up. I am also happy to hear that Garcia will play.
Duke plays tonight against Toledo at 7pm on ESPN2 if anybody is interested in scouting the Blue Devils.

Let me venture a guess: they are well coached and disciplined; they play great man-to-man defense; run great sets; shoot it well; rebound well; hard to press; and are very athletic.

9 MickeyDA-As to be exact. That's basically 2 full teams.

Wofford will get Duke's full attention because of the win at State and also because Coach K knows what he's doing. We probably won't get their best shot, but we'll get close to it. At this point, Wofford has little to lose, though, so in effect, we are playing with house money. It will be interesting to see how we react to the environment and talent. I believe Duke is the second best team in the country and therefore, most likely the best team we will face all year even if we make the NCAA's (unless of course we draw Kentucky). This game is a measuring stick and has the opportunity to be a statement. We'll see how it plays out.

I'm not sweating this game, if we get beat, we get beat. Last I checked, Duke wasn't in the SoCon. Good exposure, maybe an excellent opportunity with this one. Should be a great experience for our players.

About to walk out and head to Dookieville. Hope to see a representative Terrier team of enthusiastic guys. What a thrill to play in Cameron-following Reynolds Coliseum. Pauley Pavilion is next. Whoda thunk it?

Good first half, down 41-34. Lots of foul trouble for our bigs so the 2nd half may be more difficult to keep it close. Definitely some light foul calls going in favor of Duke but I expect that in Cameron. Role players stepping up as Duke seems to be keying on Cochran. Justin Gordon had a nice half with 9 points. 20 more minutes to see if we can shock the world!

ICE cold in the second half. No quit in 'em though. We handled their pressure pretty well.

This was a great, gutsy effort by our guys. They came into an environment as hostile as Cameron, and stayed right with the No. 2 ranked team in the nation for a while. Kudos to Skinner for his 1,000th point, and to Eric Garcia for an amazing showing despite some tough disadvantages stemming from the jaw injury. Ready for the SoCon, guys. It's going to be a fun ride.

Agree with the above comments. My son and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and thought our team handled ourselves well. This is one of those games that the score doesn't really reflect how close the game was throughout most of the day. Towards the end, our outside shooting went ice cold and our D wore down against Duke's bigs. Nobody is going to be able to stop Okafor (6'11 270 lb and has NBA game) and Duke's perimeter guys shot lights out. That's why they are No.2 and undefeated. I do think all of Cameron Indoor knew they were in a fight and that we weren't going to go away and that's why they left their starters in almost the entire game. Hats off to MY and the team for a gutty effort. Now let's take care of business in the SoCon...who knows, if we do, we may get another crack at these guys.

What in the world happened to the Dookies tonight? Spanked 90-74 at Cameron by Miami? MIAMI? This follows a loss at NC State and a narrow escape at Wake Forest. The Devils ain't exactly setting the world on fire right now. I know you can lose to anybody if you aren't ready to play, even on your home floor, but this Duke loss, and the margin of it, was truly shocking. And it doesn't help our future at-large chances either.
