Great win by the Terriers. 1st win in greensboro since RJ was head coach, 1999.

What a huge win against a VERY good team on the road! Kyle Hines of UNCG is a stud! But this team is playing as well as it ever has in its d-1 history. Next up- Elon at home Saturday evening! Let's keep it going!

Outstanding win! I am really impressed that the team was able to pull that off. The Terriers really seem to be playing well. Hopefully they can ride this wave for a while and post a winning season which would be a really significant mental hurdle for the program, I think. Congrats to Coach Young and the rest of the program on the big victory.

I was at the game; about as exciting a game as you have ever seen. The Terriers got down big early but played smart and with intensity, and got back into the game. UNCG put huge pressure on us.....UNCG really wanted it but we did not wilt. Outside of Hines, we had the better talent and depth.

In his comments on the radio after the game, MY said that he hopes there will be a big crowd for the game Saturday night. He also said that he thought the home crowds have been disappointing, except for the Furman game. Hopefully there will be a very good turnout tomorrow night.

Wins breed attendance in any sport. But great win last night! I am proud of the team and happy MY is getting some big hard-fought well-deserved wins. The difference I think is confidence. Confidence is a funny thing. When you really need it, you can't buy it and when you got it, it's hard to shake. You could see our football team get it in 2002; our baseball team got it in 5 days in Charleston last May; and now finally our basketball team has it after years of struggling. Let's keep it going!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would venture to say that the home crowds were sparse until Furman due to interim. Over half the student body travels abroad. Prior to interim, the only good home games were during the holiday season. The rest were against Boiling Springs High and Spartanburg Day-real attendance catchers!

it's difficult to get excited about Toccoa Fall and Virginia Wise and make the trip from Charlotte to see them. We need some Div 1 OOC games in December.

Agreed. We need to ratchet up the OOC schedule and get some home and homes like we had last year with East Carolina.
