He's back at it again in Panama. Going into the final round he's about 25th.

He had a good weekend and T-19th. Not bad after a +4 opening round. Thru 4 events he is in 20th place overall and playing well.

Plus, he's exempt for the rest of the year. For an unheralded kid out of a school not known as a golf factory he's doing well. He is showing the grit and determination of the short haired dog!

Andrew is back playing in Louisiana this week. He stands 25th on the money list and shot -4 in the first round. Great start.

I am glad he is playing so well, and I enjoy seeing him on Twitter talking about the Terriers!

Andrew had another good event to start the grind toward the run for a card. He is right on the cut line for the top 25 and doing great. I'm sure his consistency is a model for the other players. Now he just needs to get in contention regularly.

In Savannah this week and will probably finish in the top 25 again with a great final round six under par. Andrew is really playing well. What he would really like to do is have a three point shooting contest with Fletcher, followed by a putting contest!

Scheduled to play in Nashville May 2-5; could help himself. Currently ranked 33 on this tour. https://www.pgatour.com/players/player. ... novak.html

Andrew also just passed the first round of Qualifying for the US Open. Not sure when the next qualifier is played.

For the US Open there is Regional Qualifying and then Sectional Qualifying. The Sectional Qualifying is roughly two weeks before the Open at Pebble Beach.

Andrew fired a final round -5 and finished T26 at the tournment in Kansas City today. That kept him in 38th place on the season points list for the web.com Tour. This week he will be in Knoxville, headed home to Raleigh in a couple of weeks and then to Greenville the first week in June. The Sectional Qualifier for the US Open is probably on the Monday of the week of the Raleigh tournament-the first Monday in June. Andrew is really having a great year. The trials and tribulations of traveling the country and playing courses he has never seen are hard on anyone, and he is doing quite well.

Andrew comes back to the Carolinas the next two weeks- in the Triangle area this week and Greenville/Travelers Rest next week. He's making cuts but needs to get in the hunt.
