Andrew shot a solid -4 68 today. He is in the top third of the field. It's a good start and we can all pull for him to just ramp it up day after day. Great start!

Made the cut and will play in the final two rounds. Actually came back from a triple bogey on his sixth hole that put him 3 over for the event and finished at -2 after the first two rounds. Great start for a guy who was sitting around waiting to see who dropped out to find out if he was in less than a week before the event began. Making cuts means making money and points toward getting to play more this year. And the more you play the more likely to make cuts and money...it's a big deal, even if you don't follow golf much. This equates to being in AAA baseball, or G League Basketball, or practice squad in football.

Andrew shot a bogey-free 66 today and is currently Tied for 9th with play still going on the course. Another day like today and he will easily be in the top 10 if not possibly the Top 5. High finishes will push him up the list for more events.

After a solid top 25 finish at the first Bahamas tournament Andrew is in another starting this Sunday. Love to see another cut made and high finish.

Andrew got in the second Bahamas event and even though he got totally screwed on his tee time draw (it happens to everyone on occasion) he made the cut. He will get a check and some points regardless, and everything helps.

Andrew is off this morning in Bogata, Columbia. He has a good pairing-playing with last year's NCAA and Amateur star, Doug Ghim, who was near the lead in the PGA Tour event last week in San Diego. After this week the Web.com Tour will undergo a "reshuffle," and create a new order of preference for getting into tournaments. Andrew has made the cut in both of the first two events, and this should help him get into the events he wants to play. Big deal, since Andrew was one shot out of being totally exempt for the year. If you can't get into the tournament you can't make money and continue on!

Andrew struggled a little yesterday with an Even par 71 but went Looooooowwwww today with a 62 and currently sits in a tie for 3rd. Needs to finish strong on the weekend.

Funny, and very unusual, today Andrew shot -8 and shot 28 on his final 9. He was paired with Doug Ghim, who is the "wonder boy" on the Web.com tour this year. Andrew shot 62 today, but was NOT the low score in his pairing, as Ghim shot 61! However, Andrew was 3 shots ahead starting the round and is two ahead going into the weekend. Great to play with the best and belong. Really proud of Andrew for getting opportunities and taking advantage.

OK, I'll do the posting. Really proud of our T Dog on Tour. Andrew finished out the third round even par this morning and then went out and shot -3 in the final round by going five under on the final 9. He finished tied for fifth, which moves him up to #17 on the points list for the new season. This is huge for Andrew, as this week is the week of the first reshuffle to see who gets to play in future tournaments. With this finish, combined with the winnings from the first two events, he will easily get into the future events. There are 25 events on this tour through the end of August, and the top 25 get regular tour cards. Then there are four events in which the top 25 get cards as well. Andrew has put himself squarely in the mix, and this exceptional start will get him not only in the tournaments, but paired with other players who are doing well. THIS IS A BIG DEAL, and we should really be proud of Andrew. In a few weeks he plays in Savannah, and then at the beginning of June he will be playing in the local area of his alma mater in the BMW event.
