Coach Ayers is a great speaker and motivator. It's in his roots. Tough guy, tough coach, believable and likable. Couldn't be happier with whom I have entrusted my son's next 4-5 years with.

With the straightest of faces, I say there is not a better football coach in the United States than Mike Ayers. Got a great heart too.

I attach a video summary of the Hall of Fame speeches this past Saturday. Great speeches all and worthy of a look and listen. But do yourself a favor and make sure you watch Todd Shanesy's snippet at the end. He is intro'd by Coaches Young and Ayers but I dare you to watch his description of the one memory that epitomizes what Wofford athletics and its student-athletes mean to him without a tear and a smile. Way to go, Todd. You nailed it!
Kudos and thanks to all!

Thanks Ruck. This video should be required viewing to serve as inspiration for every Wofford student, athlete or not, as he/she formulates and seeks to achieve his/her goals in life.
