Watching the panthers play. I saw Bersin on a play or two.

I think it would be a good night to throw some slants to him. Need sure hands.

Haven't seen Besin's name in any box scores? Is he getting any opportunities?

Nope. And it would be interesting to hear an off-the-record comment about which receiver actually runs the best routes. Anderson and Bersin seem to work great together.

I think I heard a mention on Panthers radio that Bersin may need surgery on his shoulder after the hit preseason game 2. Anyone know the scoop?

Brenton was re-signed by the Panthers yesterday in light of their Kelvin Benjamin trade. Hope he remains injury-free and gets on the field.

Good for Brenton. He should be able to provide some guidance about the offense to some of the newer guys, and catch a pass or two.

Bersin made a good catch relatively early in the game on Monday night. He was targeted once more in the end zone but was well covered and never had a chance. With the injuries he will play a lot more unless the Panthers sign someone or make a trade. This may be his golden chance.

I haven’t heard anything about Bersin this year. Is he done, injured...?

Last I heard was that he is unsigned at present. Apparently worked out for the Patriots a couple of weeks ago but wasn't signed.

Brenton got an MBA at Indiana U. and has been a wealth advisor in Charlotte the last six months or so.

With his NFL contacts a lot of the players might do well to use him as an advisor. With a little help a number of those newly drafted guys can really help themselves. The wolves are out there everywhere looking for quick dollars. Neat to have that NFL background.
