McGirt is paired with Jason Day in the first three rounds at Pebble Beach. He should get a lot of air time and interest. Sure hope he plays well.

Interesting that Wm has played the first three rounds bogey free. HOWEVER, he made a couple of 7's-one for double bogey and one for triple bogey-in the first two rounds. Otherwise he has played about as well as anyone in the field. Yesterday, at Pebble Beach. he played a great bogey free round of six under. In addition William and his partner of several years in the pro-am, Alfonso Ribiero, are in fourth place. That is a really big deal for the amateurs, and they will be playing for the championship in that separate event. It would be great to see William and Alfonso play well today.

Shot E in the last round and finished T26 at -7. Keep it going, William!

If I'm not mistaken, he and his amateur partner, Alphonso Ribiero (Carlton from Fresh Prince) finished in the top 5 in the Pro-Am standings

Shot +2 during opening round of Genesis Open; 7 shots behind the leader (-5.)
Time to bounce back and shoot birdies today.

William makes cut in the Honda; cut line is +5, and William is at +2. Andrew Novak made cut too, in at +5 ... shot par today.

Shot nice one under 69 in last round to finish 5 over, T33. Will help his FedEx points, etc.

Well, it's back to the norm, which is pretty darn good, by the way. William shot even par in round #1 of the Valspar Tournament near Tampa. That is well under the cut line and always a good score on that course. He'll be out in the afternoon tomorrow and probably will get a littel TV time.

Strange second round, with four birdies and an eagle; but three bogies and a double. Still, in top 20 going into the weekend. At one time William was one shot out of the lead. As I said earlier, that is a very hard course, and you can make a bogey or double in a heartbeat.

At -1, 3 strokes behind leaders heading into last 2 rounds. Birdies, eagles needed. Get 'em.

Pretty solid tournament for William. Finished in the top 25 again and moved up on the year long FEDEX Cup list. His statistics indicate that William is trending upward. Just from stats he had a very interesting tournament, with two eagles and a lot of birdies offset by a lot of bogies. It appears the putting is improving. He hasn't done particularly well in this event in the past, so this is pretty good. It was a strong field on a hard course. On to Bay Hill where he has lots of great memories of Arnold Palmer.

-3 (Tied for 8th with several others) after 2 rounds of Arnold Palmer Tourney at Bay Hill. Puts him 8 shots behind leader. Good weekend to land some birdies and "move on up!"
