"Armin has a very high work rate and is very committed to excellence in soccer and in the classroom," Christ Church coach David Wilcox said. "He has the ability to change the outcome of a game by scoring a goal at any time. Although naturally an attacking player, he defends very well, and he organizes and distributes the ball very well. It has been a pleasure and an honor to be his coach the past two years."

Before coming to Christ Church, Kinigadner played for the youth development team Munich 1860, an elite, first-division German club. When the team won the national championship in 2004, Kinigadner received the Golden Boot award for being the tournament's leading scorer.
