I'm watching with my free trial of ESPN+. Our D is getting dinked and dunked all the way down the field.

Unfortunately I have radio and TV online, because we just got our stuff handed to us on the first drive. It looked so simple. We never pressured the passer and hardly guarded the receivers. Not sure what they are thinking, but if they think they can win like this it will be quite a shock.
Then we answer with a drive that was just as impressive. Hmmmm...

Big penalties have hurt us.

With the new cut block rules the refs are really looking for us to make penalties. Now how do we feel about not having replays? We get our defensive ace thrown out for targeting and there's not even a replay. It's one referee's opinion of what he thinks he saw. We get a 30 yard penalty and later get a 30 yard run called back. We have had a roughing the passer penalty for sliding barely into the QB's feet. It just appears we are getting hammered, but somehow are still ahead at halftime. Gotta feel good about how we are moving the ball, and maybe starting to slow them down. Need to break out of halftime with a good drive.

Some pretty bad 2 minute offense and clock management there. Hopefully we come out strong on the first drive if the 2nd half.

As I was listening to my nephews eight and under, no contact, flag football game, being live streamed live over the world wide web...I was amazed at the quality of the sound. I could hear my uncle Jim screaming over the excited announcers from his lofty perch down by the concession stand. Little Sarah Wilkinson's Mom...Jenny was getting a little annoyed at Uncle Jim for screaming so loud.

I had to break away early because the Wofford/ Chattanooga game would soon be streaming and I needed to set up my system in order to mirror my MAC on my smart TV. I was really looking forward to watching this game between a college and university, both renowned for being on the forefront of the latest technology.

Much to my surprise, all I heard was silence. Perhaps they could make a call to Little Sarah Wilkinson's Mom and ask her how she sets up such a wonderful listening experience on the world wide web.

We have become extremely conservative on offense with only a 4 point lead.

Still some dumb penalties, a bad turnover, but a good win. The defense really stepped up after that first drive. I apologize for doubting them.

Our defense is for real. If you don't think we have significantly improved from last year, you're not paying attention.

Our offense has eclipsed 500 yards for the third time this year. We had only done that once since EB graduated in 2012.

Too many little mistakes are leaving points on the field though. We have to improve that, but you have to like where we are.

With you Bubba. I doubted after the first drive. That was a total squashing. Incredible that we had almost 80 yards of penalties and Chatty 10, but we know the disqualification was wrong. Glad they got that right at halftime. We have got to stop turning it over and fumbling the ball; and we need to start recovering it when our opponents put it on the ground. That said, however, the offensive stats are really impressive. To roll up that much yardage against a quality team is very impressive. As for the defense, without doing the work to find out, it appears that after that initial drive we held Chatty to only 100 total yards the rest of the game. Boom! Let's go to Furman!

One thing I've noticed: our first drive on defense is usually the worst, but we adjust really well.

Just what WOF needed. Except for the kickoff drive by Chatty, the Terriers bowed-up and gave an excellent accounting of themselves. Really proud of how they kept it together today. The audio broadcast nearly drove me insane, there has to be a better way! Safe trip home to all......can't wait for next weekend...….Go Terriers!!
