Nash on not receiving the Head Coaching job at Wofford:
It was disappointing,” he said. “I’ll leave it at that.


Many of us would agree. In spite of the disappointment, and as this article reflects, Eric has handled this situation with great class and like a true gentleman. He has nothing but positive things to say about his current situation and his time at Wofford. I wish him the best!

Good for him. I always liked Nash as a person and a coach. I think we did well with Conklin and the coaching staff as a whole but Nash would have been a great choice as well. Glad that he found a good place and appears to be happy. Pure speculation on my part - maybe someday he will come back to Wofford as AD when RJ retires.

Agreed, to a point. Finding out where and how successfully former coaches land is part of the process of change in college football.
