Gotta love it:

Everyone said Furman would win. Everyone just KNEW they would. The Terriers just shut everyone up...quite decisively. THat is very satisfying. Furman EXPOSED!

Brandon Goodson deserves some special recognition.

He has started the most playoff victories of any Terrier in school history (or at least since we've been in the NCAA) with 3. That's more than the QBs on the 2003 team, more Josh Collier, more than Ben Widmyer, more than *Mitch Allen*.

I'm so proud of this team. absolutely euphoric.

Too many mistakes.

Goodson great leader.

D WAY tough. OL too.

Lemon dialed in. McAfee too.

Crowd sounded very involved ... yeah?

Stay focused.

The seniors will go out with a 4-1 record over Furman.

I'm so proud.

From the ESPN feed it looked like a typical Wofford home game on our side, with solid attendance by Furman on their end.

The first half was even, but the second half was a beatdown. Offensive creativity, defensive focus, a number of new plays added to the repertoire. Furman is still a program to be contended with, especially as they accumulate new players geared towards their system, but they ran their mouth and got shown what a championship team looks like. Way to go, Terriers!

It was a beautiful day to be at Gibbs Stadium and watching the Terriers put a hurting on the Paladins.

I'm old enough to remember when they said Ayers couldn't beat Furman consistently...

and then

He wins 8 of the last 12, having not lost to Furman at home since 2006. We've beaten them 4 in a row, and the seniors finished 4-1 against them, including the first win in Greenville since 2007.

Thought it was a good crowd. I was in H10 and we were all very into it. Danny Morrison was also there. Furman filled up their side but got very quiet in the 2nd half
