If minimal sleep between 5 hours drives is a problem, you should change your screen name to "notsoyoungterrier".

I'm old now, I need to probably change my avatar as I'm no longer in 8th grade

Ruckus wrote:LD, I only know what I have seen re Lufkin: he was in a brace not dressed in either the Samford or WCU game. I have not seen him dressed since. I don't know his status or situation.
I remember thinking to myself at ETSU when I saw Contee dressed on the sideline that it must be because of Lufkin's absence. But again, I don't know this for certain. Just my take.

Thanks Ruck. We must hope for the best.

Sounds like you and LG have some good plans.

And BTW - it may be a triple for LG and I. SHD’s take on Washington and Lee Sunday.

Hit up Salerno's for some pizza if the mood strikes you, or Bistro on Main/Southern Inn are some pretty good food too but a little pricier. Been a few years since I was up there but those are the places I liked when I lived there.

Seems you'll be up there long enough to hit all 3.

Lexington is a beautiful place. Weather is going to be cold, however. Perfect weather for a running team.

FYI - we play W&L at home in S’burg on Sunday at 2:00. Will be in Lex just long enough to see game. Thanks for the recommendations, Eric. That pizza place sounds good on a cold fall day.

It definitely is. And on a warm day but those are long past.

Niko's is a solid breakfast choice if you spend the night. Greek diner, not the greatest but solid.

LG and Ruckus- You guys are true Terriers through and through. Because we are keeping our grandchildren for the weekend we are locked here. But that won't keep us from watching all the activities on the internet. I know this is not a Football topic, but yesterday was the early signing day for many other sports. Any word on Wofford signings?

Don’t quote me on this and I say it while throwing up a little in my mouth:
Go Citadel.

I feel like I need a shower now.

Use some comet... Got a feeling Barney is deflated today... Hops have won 3 in a row and they are playing to smash Furples playoff hopes.

ESPN 3 coverage needs improvement. I get frustrated at how it cuts out occasionally.

This 14-0 start is everything we wanted. I hope we can drain any hope out of VMI now, and make it ours. Strong running game shown by our guys.
I watched a little of Army/Duke before this. Army's wishbone is fun to watch. Lots of running by their QB. What I would love to see us do with Newman at the helm. Not in lieu of Goodson. Just a better running game.
Whoops. After we intercept we for some reason go away from the running game that got us two TD's and a lot of clock runoff and try to throw it twice. Backwards we go, in many ways.
