Holy smoke.

Our D, especially the DL, played 100% better in the second half.

Goodson probably played his best game as a Terrier.

In statistical terms my friends, that's what you call regression to the mean.

A win is a win and the ones against these guys are even better!

Hard not to be proud of our guys. Our regression to the mean sometimes looks like playing down to the level of our competition.

Guys, if you can handle it, there's another great game on TV. N Dakota St and Youngstown St are tied at 17 heading into the final quarter.

Citadel is a good team. there's not much knocking our schedule so far. Easily the hardest in the Socon.

Just win baby win!

Which will come first-the game in which we play all 60 minutes like the first half tonight; or the game in which we play all 60 minutes like the second half tonight?

Hard to say, I'm just glad we won this one and I know the next one will be just as hard but in different ways

On the positive side, it is pretty hard for a team to defend an option team that can throw and catch the ball well. For those who will be going to the Homecoming Game I would suggest libation and blood pressure meds.

Can we talk about how clutch Brandon Goodson is?

On the last possession where we scored he was 4-4 for 39 yards.

Joe Newman's day will come soon, but right now this is Brandon's team. We aren't 6-0 without his arm or his poise.

When is the last time we gained only 99 yards on the ground, and won?

When is the last time when we threw the ball (229) for more than twice as many yards as we ran (99)?

Just pulled off 26 and got a room... What a game... Paid 30 bucks to sit with the faithful cause they sold out of GA... What an unorganized ticket office... 15 bucks to park and walk through the sand... What a dump... Also went to the facilities in an outhouse... That place is slowly falling apart... Love to see em 1-3 in the league too... Hope everyone had/has safe travels... Enjoy your week... Beat Sammy

Brandon Goodson has been amazing. Calm, poised, leader. Makes plays. And I’m just glad that we finally realized to attack what has hurt the Citadel all season long and that is their pass defense. They struggle in that capacity and FWIW this is the best passing Wofford team in a long time. We are fully capable of winning games through the air, with Goodson and a very skilled group of receivers, add in the running backs that are great receivers out of the backfield as well.........

FrustrtIng how we play first halves of games........
Exhilarating how we play second halves of games.....

And no matter how bad the scenario you just cannot count this team out. This is a collection of the gutsiest, grittiest kids in college football. They just refuse to lose. You are going to have to soundly beat them and if we are close, we simply BELIEVE in ourselves that we are going to win. Oh how much do I enjoy this group of young men.

Amazing group.

I think that Saturday during the first half I will just go take a walk around the campus, visit the new Arts Building and then stroll past Old Main and arrive back at the stadium for the second half. Then I can watch our guys play football. They will be well rested from having taken the first half off, and ready to play. Hmmmm
