Where are we supposed to sit at the Citadel?

The Citadel tore down their decrepit East Stands over the summer. In their place is a small set of temporary bleachers that look like they hold a few hundred people.

The bleachers are general admission. We usually have a fairly large turnout at the Citadel. Where are we supposed to sit after the bleachers are full? None of the other seats in the stadium are general admission.

When I went to The Citadel (granted this was back in the early 90s) with a bus of other students there was no “visitor section” per se. We had to sit surrounded by Citadel fans including this one obnoxious lady who continuously cussed us with her filthy mouth and told us to shut up while her spineless whipped husband let her! But we got the last laugh as we won 20-6! I know this doesn’t really answer the question of where you should sit (other than it may be simply “wherever you can find a seat”), but the question just brought back memories!

Looks like 1,000 may be right... Walked through Stadium this morning on my walk... Got down last night... Awfully humid for October 12 also... Mid 80s

I was on the home side near the endzone on the scoreboard end of that surrounded by season ticket holders. Watching Lamond Smith run wild on offense and the Terrier D hit Everette Sands so hard he didn't know whether he was coming or going was a treat. Then again the year before when we lost was still fun because of the Shannon Faulkner masks everyone had. Good times...
