Observation- our offense, at least to me, always looks frustrating in the first half, and particularly the first quarter.

Once we wear down the defense with body punches by the mid- to late second half, the offense usually looks less frustrating
(unless we're sitting on a lead, of course).

YSU is totally prepared to play our option pitch.

Misdirection and hopefully some short passes look to be our best bet, at least so far.

Yes but it is obvious BG is not close to even 85 percent. So why play an injured QB? Don't get it

It may very well cost us this game. We are not moving the ball with him and that is obvious to everyone but the Wofford coaching staff. We may still be in the lead but we just gave up a touchdown and I hate the way this game is going. We need a spark on offense so we can answer that YSU touchdown.

Newman is in. I don't think Goodson was healthy.

Poor playcall. Handing off to Long up the middle is not going to work against this team fellars.

We can't stop Webb...too fast for us.

3rd and 3, of course we go to the fullback dive....for no gain! If not for that, we're in control....#@$*^!!!

Virtually same scenario as last few weeks. Hold 'em to low score in first half and then open up the offense in the second. Hope our offense has something for them.

We're already getting the good and the bad of a true freshman quarterback- great TD run, but dropped the ball crossing the goal line.

Fumble on bad exchange after defense recovered a YSU fumble.

Playoffs are a tough place for a freshman to get live game experience, but he's going to be a great option quarterback for us if he stays healthy.

We're now getting whipped on the line by their offense.

Unless we can play ball-controll offense and scheme a way to negate their downhill blocking, we'll have a problem.

For those of us who kept calling for the Freshman, remember it comes with a little baggage also! We need to come up with something to shake up the offense. We can't seem to stop them, so we have to outscore them.
Why would anyone play for a coach like Pelini? All he does is scowl and yell at his own players and coaches.

Goodson back in at QB.
