Unfortunately I have found Dish Network to be the worst in sports programming. However, if you have one of the sticks that provides Netflix, etc, there may well be an ESPN app that will take you to the game. I have Roku, and I click down to the ESPN box, click on it and then go to our game and can watch on full TV while listening to Mark, Thom and Van on the TuneIn Radio app. I am an old guy, and if I can do it so can anyone!

TCG, if you get ESPN, I believe you can go on your computer and watch the game on ESPN3 through your computer, if you do not have Roku and cannot get it on your tv.

We held them to 3 on their opening drive. Going to be a hard fought affair.

In another case of deja vu, we come to the end of our season and we have expended most of the playbook or lost it in the Santee Cooper. For some number of years now our offense has just bogged down as the year goes on. We use less and less players and less and less plays, and we become totally predictable. We have no way to do anything on the outside that makes the opposition play us straight. Our "trick" plays don't trick anyone. The only thing we did in the first half that was different was the "BEEF BONE!" It worked great, but we never saw it again. What about those plays from our own 4 near the end of the half? Wouldn't the beef have been a great idea there? Man, we just don't have any imagination offensively at all. As soon as we started the double flip back play The Citadel was all over it and the LB's headed straight for our QB. That play worked a couple of times, but it has been scouted by all of our opponents and won't work. If we are going to move the ball at all we have to figure out how to either block on the interior or run the ball outside (maybe both). The Citadel obviously figured they can't beat us with the same game plan as before. Not sure why our coaches can't see the same thing.

Water has more flavor than our offense. Thank God for Defense.

Hmmm- Is this why we kept saying that Newman should have been playing all along? Just for some experience!!!!!

On the other hand, we may have the best, most resilient defense at the FCS level.

That game just about summed up the whole season. We stunk it up offensively the whole first half. Then we get a little momentum in the second half and we lose our QB and our All America offensive tackle. The freshman QB comes in and we get enough to kick a field goal and tie it. Meanwhile, our defense is stuffing The Citadel time after time. We move the ball some and the freshman QB breaks a big one to score the ONLY OFFENSIVE TD OF THE GAME! Then we bend but don't break again before the pick 6 to finish them off. Unbelievable. If SI or ESPN The Magazine were to write the story no one would ever believe it. Lawdog, you may have to suit up next week as a backup QB! Sure hope the Big Swede can play. We are getting amazingly sparse!!
