I imagine the depth chart is where everything stands heading INTO summer camp. Lots of experienced/productive guys coming off injuries were not included in depth cart (Gay, Colvin, Lott, Roach, Armfield), so where they will end up remains to be determined.
Nothing is given or assumed; everything is earned....every day.
The most significant thing I saw was Jacks being unequivocally named first on depth chart. That's a good start, as opposed to last year where each QB was listed as a possible starter.

Ditto "Ruckster".........some pretty good guys left in limbo. Will be interesting to compare with the starters come Sept. 1st!

Just putting this here so everybody sees it:

Met a man tonight who was an auburn student in 1950 when the mighty Terriers defeated them. I told him I went to Wofford and he responded with "y'all beat us." I was very proud.

I looked for a recording of MA's coaches remarks at the Media Day but I was unable to find it. Anybody have a link ? Greatly appreciate if you do or even if you don't.

Wouldn't get to worked up about preseason lineups. Every position is up for grabs and it doesn't matter if they are SR's or returning starters. Competition at every position breeds championship teams. The only thing the chart reveals is since the last game until now who bust their tales in the spring game and off season. Come practice Day 1...all roster spots will be earned!

Wc6 you are correct. You have to earn what you get. And competition at every position should be fierce and very competitive. Can not wait !!!!!! as 19 would say

19, the two-deep is on page 23 of the Media Guide. The link for the Guide is on the previous page of this topic, supplied by ARTerrier.

Thank you my brother Ruckus. I'm really enjoying this one. And I can't tell you how hard RJ is working out. Boy boy boy. If we have any inkling of throwing the ball I promise there won't be a more prepared receiver. He's really gotten after it this off season. He has prepared like a pro. I think we are going to have some real bona fide options to diversify the offense if we so choose. Just saying. I'm so excited for this season. I saw we were picked 6th. And I love it. The Terriers as considerable Under Dogs. Watching Coach Ayers speak its like he has a quiet confidence about this group. Almost like he cant wait to get after it.
