Yes, from what I saw Montana was as physically imposing as NDSU. Well matched. NDSU is good, but beatable away from their rowdy home indoor stadium. Can't resist the opportunity to say we should have beaten them there in the playoffs, but for a crucial turnover or two and lack of execution/play calling at crunch time near their goal line.

When we played the Grizz in '07, the Grizz appeared to be huge in comparison. Plus, we had crucial turnovers in our territory early. As the afternoon progressed however, our guys hung tough and stayed focused, and were not intimidated ... we scored the go-ahead td straight up the gut; our experience really helped. We are as talented, if not moreso, as we were then, and have a lot of experience ... we can have an excellent year. There should be no excuses.

Just a great football game--A wonderful game to kick off the 2015 college football season--I was there in 07, and thought it was a great atmosphere, and yesterday was great as well, despite the smoke and fires--

To echo WCDFM, my text was a resounding Beat NDSU! Glad for the Griz win. Hopefully, NDSU gets knocked off again and talk of dynasty ends!

Looking forward to watching Sat's game...hope to hear 75,000 Tiger fans go silent again when the Terriers take a lead. (Being at DV in 2011 was amazing...too bad we could not pull out the W.)

Terriers Pros in New England this week: off to see John Cornely tomorrow (P; Portland Seadogs, AA Red Sox affiliate; they play NH Fishercats, Toronto Blue Jays' AA team.)

William McGirt tees off late morning this Friday at Deutsche Bank Tourney (TPC Boston.) Going on Sunday to watch him earn more FedEx points/add to his earnings.

Pull 'em through, WCNHD. McGirt likes Boston, as I recall.

John and I look forward to a fearless performance by the TDogs in Death Valley on Saturday.

Nice chat w him before tonight's game.

- Season ends next week. Looks forward to getting home.
- Pitched plenty of innings this year; so, not going to play winter ball
- Had a clean relief appearance last night: pitched 1.2 innings - no runs; team lost 3-2
- Will be at Homecoming

Lawdog - safe travels!
McGirt tees off at 10:54 on Friday; Luke Donald + ??? (forgot) are in his trio. 2 good rounds on F, Sat will propel him to make cut. Plus, insures he plays on Sunday when I'll be in the crowd. LOL! Go William!
