Way to scare USC. We did the same with UNC (outgained them by 100 yards). WHy did Kevious have to leave - hurt? Any new injuries or anyone return from injury tonight? I fear you will have most back with an off week before you play us :( Is there any chance Layton Baker or Combest is playing against us?

I told you ya'll were trouble for the Tar-holes. Great play by the 'Dins. Some crappy calls v. 'em might have made the difference in the end. I just hope ya'll aren't on track now, just in time for WoCo. WC will be tough this weekend for you.

The Furman-Western game and the GSU-Chatty game should both be interesting this weekend. I'll steal from I think ESPN and call it "Separation Saturday".

I look for Furman over Western if only because they're playing in Greenville. I can't call the Chatty-GSU game though. I guess I'll go with Chatty based off home field advantage.

one more good week for FU might signal a let down on the 30th (we can only hope).

Hey Furman94! If one thing can be said about FU and its alumni generally (believe me when I say, I should know), it's that hubris is not your strong suit. What happened? The UFFP renege your membership?

Another good week? That would assume they've had more than one.

The close loss to Carolina was good, and wins are good, but I didn't think that Furman was impressive against Jacksonville State and they only beat West Georgia (D-II) by 17. I didn't see the games, but I don't think they've proven much more than anyone else so far this season.

We'll see how well they do in conference play now that the second coming of Peyton Manning (Ingle Martin) has graduated.

I stand corrected after that total demolition of Western Carolina.

Wofford better bring their best stuff next weekend, but with a few injured players back and two weeks focus maybe the Terriers can pull the upset.

Not to mention putting 40 or so on UNC. Fu is stee-rong! Do we have anyone on our D that is as big as Felton? I hope we come to play. It would not surprise me if FU runs the tables in the SoCon. They look like a legitimate national champ contender.

I certainly hope ya'll "come up to Spartanburg"; it might be our only chance.

FYI - Game is at beautiful Paladin Stadium in T.R., S.C.

Do you know how far is it from FU to Greenville? 6 miles to the city line by my odometer. How far is it to TR's city line? less than a mile. You can practicaly SEE TR from the back gate. Now which one is closer again?

P.S. My bad about the game being at FU. I have no clue what I was thinking at the time.
