What's replacing AGS?

Postby BigJohn94 on Sat Jan 30, 2010 9:19 pm

Now that AGS has been down for several days, where are all the FCS junkies going to talk about their teams, smack, etc? Anyone know?

AGS is down for good, championship subdivision.com has been around since like 2007 and is basically what AGS was before the political correctness and stuff that made it bad (don't expect it to change like AGS though)

CS was created out of frustration with the way AGS was being run. Particularly during the off-season. It seemed like every year they tried to crack down so hard and run a bunch of regulars off. At one time I was a very active poster on AGS. I resisted switching to CS out of loyalty, I guess, but eventually the political correctness and witch-hunts of turning people in for hurting someone's feelings got to be too much and I quit fooling with it. I suppose I should get back into the national scene and give CS a try. I'm sure those of you who are there now could use the backup since most of those things turn into a pro-Montana/Appalachian/CAA lovefest.

It's the offseason now, but from what I can tell it's not all that bad

CS is definitely more raw than AGS. It is not for the faint of heart or those who prefer to communicate in the Queen's English.
To educate a man in mind and not in morals is to educate a menace to society.

I have not been able to log onto CS.com for a few weeks, the operation times out.

When I select the site off my favorites the computer churns away for a few minutes and then I get the pop-up that says operation timed out. Happens at work and at home so I don't think it is a site security issue.

Under new management!

Ralph aka ***** aka Syntax Error aka Al Gore's #1 Fan is no longer the owner or moderator.

We should thankful that BestOfBreed has set up this board and let us say what we want (within reason).
Thank you for what you do.
